As neurodivergent entrepreneurs, our relationship with time is entirely different than neurotypicals. This means that mainstream advice around time management and scheduling doesn't work for us.
Additionally, as we do the work of deconstructing neurotypical and ableist models and expectations of business, we reject the "hustle & grind" culture of entrepreneurship in order to honor our brains and our bodies in sustainable ways.
We recognize that we have varying levels of energy, executive functioning, and mental capacity.
This does not make us unreliable; it means that we need greater flexibility and accommodation around our unique ebbs and flows of work time and energy.
In alignment with these truths, I've created this guide to help you think through building your own strategies for scheduling.
